The purpose of this Consultation is to carry out Project Management Assistance Missions and support for the Greater Paris South Agglomeration Community for the operation of the Agora Arena in Evry Crowns. After Having Established And Arrested The Strategic OrientationsInherent in the operation of the Agora Arena, the Grand Paris Sud Agglomeration Community (Gps) wishes to be accompanied in their implementation.

Description of the services: - The mission objectof this consultation will focus on: - Analysis of the operation of the Arenas of the Agora: carry out a functional analysis listing all the files or studies to be instructed to set up the operation of the Arenas of the Agora including an arts center, - Organization of governance and the implementation of tools or procedures for the administrative and financial management of the arenas (organization chart, budget, information system and management tools, insurance), - Commercial exploitation of the Arenas, search for commercial partners and institutionnels (prospecting, provision of services), - Communication - Marketing: define the communication and marketing actions necessary for the opening, the inauguration and the launch of the operation.
