Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to carry out identification missions for materials and products containing asbestos and lead, to update or create DTAs, and to carry out Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) Diagnostics carried out either before re-renting the housing or before rehabilitation or demolition work. These missions can be carried out on rental assets or in co-ownership (individual, collective) on tertiary assets (commercial premises) or residential homes and/or establishments open to the public (ERP). This contract does not cover the following missions: - Diagnostics prior to the sale of real estate assets: Supported within the framework of another market entitled DDT Dossier de Pre-Sales Technical Diagnostics. - Monitoring of Asbestos Technical Files (or D.T.A.) provided for by the decrees of September 13, 2001, May 3, 2002 (and its implementing order of September 1, 2002) and June 3, 2011, as well as the evaluation of the state of conservation of materials containing asbestos. The framework agreement is processed at revisable unit prices. The lots are distributed geographically according to the assets of the 5 agencies. The framework agreement is concluded for a period between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.
