• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is to carry out external audits as mystery shoppers, as part of the process: -Reunion Island Tourism Quality (QTIR) -Destination of Excellence (DEX) -Control of tourist services following receipt of customer complaints. This contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders awarded following an adapted procedure in accordance with articles R.2123-1; R.2123-4; R.2123-5, R.2162-1, R 2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-5, R.2162-6 and R.2162-13; R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The contract is concluded with no minimum and with a maximum estimated for its entire duration at 89,900 euro(s) excluding tax. The market is not the subject of an allotment because it does not include distinct services. In any case, the division of the contract into several lots would risk making the execution of the services technically difficult and certainly more costly.
