Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to carry out operations management services in the real estate field, intended to meet the needs of the Banque de France designated as "the contracting authority".
This is a framework agreement (AC) of services executed by the subsequent markets(MS). It thus allows the contracting authority, as the occurrence of its needs and by the conclusion of subsequent markets, to acquire technical assistance services to project management.
The framework agreement is multi-attributes concerning lot 1 (8 holders) andMono-attribute concerning Lot 2 (1 holder).
Realization of management missions of real estate operations
The steering service consists for the holder to perform real estate project management missions (definition of operating conduct of article L2422-3 of the code of the codepublic procurement). The holder also participates in the operational, administrative and financial monitoring of the operations on which he works in collaboration with the directors of the Directorate of Real Estate.Holder develops graphic documents (in particular architectural and technical plans, cuts, facades, elevations) in the context of real estate operations. He provides his expertise and his mastery of the state of the art in the technical field of CAD/DAO and monitoring ofProjects.
