Description:
1. The realization of a support and advice mission to implement the strategy developed by the CCGST aimed at the creation of mixed energy communities with public and private participants, by balancing mainly solar renewable energy and producers(not exclusive). It will be a question of responding to this problem with an efficient jurisdiction-financial assembly, an evolving system over time and taking into account easy and financially optimized management of this (these) structure (s) to create.
2. The effective creation of several ACC loops according to the regulations in force (specific rules for EPCIs, diameter of 2km and derogatory conditions).
