Description:
This market relates to the appointment of a co-statutory auditor and an alternate auditor in order to exercise the legal mission of auditor for the audit of the annual and consolidated accounts of the years 2025 to 2030. This mission intervenes inApplication of article 13 of law n 85-11 of January 3, 1985 relating to the consolidated accounts of certain commercial companies and public enterprises modified by article 136-I of law n 2003-706 of August 1, 2003 of financial security (LSF) which provides that public establishments ofThe State are required to establish and publish consolidated accounts and a group management report as soon as they control one or more legal persons or have a significant influence on them under the conditions provided for in articles L. 233-16 and following of the Commercial Code. The objectivesand consolidation techniques are specified in instruction n 08-017-M9 of April 3, 2008 (NOR: Bud r 08 00017 j) relating to national public establishments. The legal mission has two inseparable components, on the one hand the certification of the annual and consolidated accounts of the establishmentGrand Paris Development, and, on the other hand the specific verifications provided for in legal and regulatory texts. The specific verifications relate to the verification of the sincerity and the agreement of the annual and consolidated accounts with the informationtransmitted.
