Description:
Consultation passed in procedure formalized in the form of a tender open in application of articles L2124-2, R2124-1, R2124-2 1 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code (CCP). The consultation will give rise to a mono-attribute framework agreement with orders concluded at pricesUnitors, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of orders, in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the CCP. Regarding homogeneous services, the consultation is not allocated. No slices. No job promotion clause. NotVariants. No options. No premises visit. The framework agreement will take effect from September 1, 2025 or, failing this, from the notification of the market if it is after this date, and will be renewable by tacit renewal according to the methods described to the tab"Renewals" of this notice.
