Description:
In order to ensure the finalization of the public initiative network and to guarantee the generalization of the FTTH in the Auvergne territory outside private investment areas, the region, the four departments and the six agglomeration and metropolis communities of the Auvergne territory have charged The Auvergne Digital Regie to ensure the award and execution of a public design-realization market (MCR) relating to a very high speed electronic communications network in the Auvergne territory. The purpose of this consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement aiming to entrust the mission of asbestos diagnosis and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (HAP) of the road or other structures located within the geographic perimeter of the Cantal and Haute-Loire departments, which are necessary for the execution of the MCR.
