Description:
The purpose of the market is to develop a complete impact study and the single environmental authorization file (including the required environmental studies) of the Community Interest Project of the Saint-Louis district in Dammarie-les-Lys piloted by the Agglomeration Community Melun Val de Seine (CAMVS).
The contract also constitutes a framework agreement for order orders, within the meaning of the provisions of articles R2125-1, R2162-2, R2162-4, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code, with regard to the order of additional services at unit prices (unit price slip).
The market is at mixed prices.
For the part at a unit price:
-M minimum on the total duration of the market (all Slices included): None.
