Description:
This consultation concerns a framework services agreement relating to a monitoring-animation mission of component 3 of the ANAH LTM Territorial Pact, with a view to achieving the annual approved work objectives set within the Territorial Pact currently being drafted.
The mission is broken down into two parts :
- Part 1: Welcoming and informing individuals about the renovation of their homes.
- Part 2: Support households in a work program.
The framework agreement with maximum is entered into in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code of public order. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders.
The framework agreement is awarded to a single economic operator.
The framework agreement is concluded from the date of notification of the contract until December 31, 2029.
The execution or delivery times of the services are set at each purchase order in accordance with the stipulations of the documents of the framework agreement.
The total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows:
- Maximum threshold: 1,000,000.00 euros excluding tax.
