This consultation is made according to an adapted procedure open in application of article L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 and R. 2123-4 to R. 2123-6 of the public procurement code. The present market of Intellectual services aims a coordination mission in terms of safety and protection of workers 'health as part of the work related to the renovation of waterproofing and the thermal improvement of the roofs of the Opera Bastille.l' Opera Bastille, designed by architect Carlos Ott, was delivered in 1989 and was labeled "XXth century Heritage". Due to the normal aging of the building despite a maintenance policy, repairs are necessary to preserve this building and adapt it to current and future constraints. Repair of the waterproofing and the resumption of the establishment's roofs, with the safety of all the roofs terraces and accessibility for the site maintainer, while aiming for an improvement in thermal performance.
