- The purpose of this consultation is to designate a multidisciplinary team to guarantee the architectural, urban and environmental quality as well as the economic feasibility of the building lots to the right of the current Audibert Lavirotte social housing residence owned by GrandLyon Habitat.
The missions to be carried out under the contract are as follows:
- Operational studies
-Deepening the composition plan
-Updating the composition plan according to the needs of the operation
-Drafting of the specifications of architectural, urban, landscape and environmental (CPAUPE)
-Updating the CPAUPE according to the needs of the operation
-Development of the phasing strategy
-Preparation and monitoring of administrative planning authorization files
- Monitoring the design of construction projects
-Development of batch sheets
-Updating batch sheets according to the needs of the operation
-Designation of designer operators
-Development of projects
-Visa for building permits
-Construction monitoring
-Monitoring the construction phase and pre-reception of operations
-Establishment of the architectural quality monitoring system and environmental
- Support for communication, information and consultation
- Support missions
-Preparation and participation in meetings
-Preparation of graphic documents, notes, a model and the database of the operation
