This market consists in the execution of services relating to the statutory auditor as provided for in article L 6145-16 of the public health code under the conditions mentioned in title II of Book 8 and in article L823-16-1 of the Commercial Code.
The purpose of the market is the appointment of a statutory auditor and an alternate auditor called upon to replace, in application of article L.823-1 of the Commercial Code, the holder in the event of refusal, prevenation, resignation or death.
The general mission has two inseparable components:
- on the one hand the control and certification of the annual accounts, and,
- on the other hand the specific verifications provided for in legal and regulatory texts.
