Description:
The purpose of this market is to appoint an auditor for the needs of the legal certification of the Toulouse Metropole accounts (main budget and additional budgets), for accounting financial years from 2025 to 2028. The services are divided into 3 phases defined asFollows: Phase 1: Planning of the audit phase 2: Preliminary phase Phase 3: Audit of the financial statements The execution of the interventions will take place within Toulouse Metropole and the post of attachment. Stakeholders will have to master the usual bureaucratic software and haveof their own computer equipment. The services are paid by flat -rate prices. It is not planned for a lot decomposition. The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R.2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of thePublic procurement code. It is an ordinary market.
