- The purpose of this market is the provision of an assistance service to the contracting authority (AMO) in support of the major structuring AFER 2025 project (rail ambition 2025) of the territorial direction of Le Havre within the Grand Port Revio-Maritime de l'Axe-Seine (GPFMAS) below called HAROPA PORT | Le Havre. The holder will be responsible for carrying out all the services (including criticism of previous studies) of assistance with project management necessary for the preparation of the master plan for the Havre port railway network targeting the time studied (2025, 2030 and 2040). The perimeter of the AMO mission concerns the district of the territorial direction of Le Havre. Studies and actions will extend to equipment and services in interface, in particular to the national rail network and the beam of Soquence
