Description:
The objectives of the mission of the contracting authority assistance are to: -Procurement of the CVC operating market with performance guarantee, set up rigorous administrative, technical and energy monitoring and monitoring of expenses in coordination with the accounting service of the accounting service Client, -Put in place a program of renovation and modernization of installations. -Sit the contracting authority on various occasional assistance needs under the field of thermal and energetics. The market relates to two missions: -mission 1: monitoring of Heating operating market, air conditioning ventilation and thermal installations-award 2: Assistance services with ad hoc contracting authorities This public market is a non-allotted mono-attribute framework agreement, order form, in application of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. Duration of the market: The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years firm from its date of notification. The maximum order threshold for mission 2 is set at 80,000 euros HT for the total duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be funded by the budget of the municipality.
