- The objective of this market is to position the Metropolis of Greater Paris as technical support for the contractors of the metropolitan territory (municipalities, EPT, departments) in addition to its current financial support on bicycle subjects. To do this, the Metropolis of Grand Paris wishes to Provide several AMOs so that they carry out technical studies on demand, on behalf of the mastery of the territory.
Mission of technical studies and organizational advice
Lot 1 of technical studies and organizational advice is broken down into three types of missions:
- Realization of preliminary studies on behalf of contracting authorities (EPT, municipalities, departments)
- Realization of technical studies on development issues identified on a cycle project
- Realization of organizational studies
Mission of supporting the metropolis for animation and monitoring of the metropolitan bike plan
The mission aims to support the metropolis in:
- The animation of the bicycle plan with municipalities, institutional and associative partners
- the operational and strategic monitoring of actions registered in terms of
- The implementation of management and evaluation tools
- The valuation of the actions carried out and the results obtained.
