Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to set up the framework agreement with a multi -attributable order form aimed at attending 13 habitat for the recruitment of certain managers/executive executives and/or of the tension trades for which the HRD encounters difficulties to find the candidatessought after.
It is broken down into 2 lots:
Lot 1: Support functions
Lot 2: Technical building functions and specific to social housing
It has passed according to the procedure of restricted tender (article R2124-2 2 - Code of public procurement):
phase 1: Selection of candidates admittedto submit an offer (in progress).
Phase 2: delivery of offers and choice of the most advantageous economically offer (subsequent phase).
The selection of applications and offers will be made by application of the judgment criteria defined in these Regulations of the consultation
