The assistance mission, subject of this market, includes two corridors ofServices: On the one hand, a mission of controls and audit report of the concessionaires and delegates: this mission as stipulated in article 1.3.1 of the CCP revolves in particular through a mission of controlling compliance with the contractual clauses of the concession contract of the concession contractPublic service of collective sanitation and a contract for the delegation of the public service for collective sanitation, integrating an analysis of contracts, RAD (annual report of the delegate/concessionaire) and visits to the service facilities.
