This market concerns an assistance service to project management on a heritage approximately 268 aircraft (150 elevators and 118 SFA).
The project management assistance mission has the objectives:
- to carry out constructive action plans to anticipate and improve operating and performance follow -ups to increase the satisfaction rate of tenants.
- to accompany LOGEMLOIRET in its regulatory watch.
- monitoring of maintenance contracts (operating drift, service excluding contracts, validation of quotes and invoices ...), and improving it the services related to these contracts (preventive, curative and functioning maintenance)
