- The city of Nimes uses the services of an architect consulting in order to advise the project owners and the contractors in their approach of architectural design, in compliance with the prescriptions and orientations of the urban planning documents and the identity issues of the territory.
TheServices, objects of the consultation, are divided into lots separated as follows:
- lot n 1: Mission of architect consulting for the remarkable heritage site- the services will be remunerated by application of unit prices with the quantities actually executed/delivered. - Serviceswill be remunerated by application of unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered.
- Lot n 2: Mission of architect consulting for the Urban Building area of the PLU- The services will be remunerated by application of unit prices with a really executed/delivered quantities. - THEServices will be remunerated by application of unit prices to the quantities actually executed/delivered.
The services of the framework agreement will run over the emission of the purchase orders issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit prices of the price slipUnitarian, depending on the quantities actually executed.
