The Mixed Syndicate of the Grenoble area (SMMAG) wishes to conclude two composite framework agreements (fixed part and order part) relating to the methodology and realization of mystery customer surveys on the mobility services of the SMMAG for the period 2026-2029. For a period of 2 years renewable once 2 years (4 years).
lump sum and a party with order orders with a maximum amount of 30,000 euros excluding tax per period
et a party to order orders with a maximum amount of 50,000 euros HT per period
provides for the possibility of concluding a similar service market under the conditions specified in the CCAP.
