Description:
The purpose of this call for applications relates to the search for one or more land(s) for the future construction of logistics buildings in VEFA / BEFA in MERIGNAC (33).
The land can be bare, or with a building to rehabilitate or demolish, depending on the condition and morphology of the building.
TheFoncier's location should ideally be on the edge of the ZFE and no more than 5 km from the Low Emission Zone. Land in the ZFE may be retained subject to benefiting from an administrative derogation
Accessibility: land located with quick access to entrances/exits, from 9 to12 of the Bordeaux ring road with access to heavy goods vehicles 38 T.
Allotment: 3 lots:
Lot 1: The surface area of the land will be between 18,000m2 and 30,000m2, for a future building between 6,000m2 and 15,000m2 with the possibility of logistics or activity in floors.
Lot 2: The surface of the land will be includedbetween 30,000m2 and 42,000m2, for a future building between 10,000m2 and 21,000m2 with the possibility of logistics or activity on floors.
Lot 3: The land area will be between 42,000m2 and 54,000m2, for a future building between 14 000m2 and 27,000m2 with the possibility of logistics or activity in summerages.
