- This market concerns the rehabilitation operations of mental health building psychiatry units and an extension located on the South Hospital site 77 - 77140 Nemours.
The rehabilitation work provides:
Recomposition of the spaces on the ground floor and southern wing of the R+1, including exterior (Creation of a garden for patients);
- asbestos removal;
- a few sealing;
- Improvement of heat losses by interior insulation and changing joinery;
- interior structural work if necessary and technical lots (including upgrading to standards necessary);
- Second work.
Extension work provides:
- Integration into the rehabilitation of the DRC
- Energy renovation
- Safety and general accessibility
- the annexed premises in common between the open unit and the closed unit
The work will be carried out in Site released but with a maintenance of activities in the building at R+1, R+2 and in DR Jardin
