Description:
As part of this call for tenders, we are looking for an audiovisual service provider to intervene on our Paris La Defense site from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, in order to prevent and correct the dysfunctions of the audiovisual equipment of the meeting rooms.
A penaltyAudio-visual outside the aforementioned time of intervention should be offered as an option.
The provider will have to ensure a continuous presence on site to diagnose, repair and prevent audiovisual systems, thus guaranteeing their optimal operationOn a set of 120 meeting rooms and 167 bubbles (including 80 equipped with audio-visuals). By the 2nd semester 2026, the perimeter should reach 200 meeting rooms and 200 bubbles equipped with audio-visuals.
The interventions will include the solving technical problems for the wholeAudiovisual materials including screens, replacement of defective equipment, updating existing systems, recurring preventive actions, user assistance and installation of new equipment.
The frequency of preventive visits to rooms will be adapted toThe criticality of the spaces and to the complexity of their equipment, ranging from once a week to once every 3 months.
Maximum reactivity and efficiency are expected to minimize service interruptions and ensure the availability of equipment for users.
