Description:
the public market is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum but witha maximum expressed in quantity for its entire period of validity within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2 of the public procurement code. The maximum quantities for the entire duration of the contract are defined in appendix 3 of the cctp "Maximum quantities". The public market is multi-awarded for lots no.13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 71, 137, 150, 152 and 264. The public contract is awarded to a maximum of 4 distinct holders subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. The public market is single-attribute for the other lots. The public market is processed at unit prices fixed in the bordeunit pricing
