Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out imaging examinations of patients in the RATP Health Area including statutory, contractual, active and retired employees as well as affiliated agents in application of the so-called LOM law.
Services divided into 6 lots:
LOT 1: Conventional imaging
LOT 2: Senology, mammography, breast ultrasound
LOT 3: General ultrasound
LOT 4: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
LOT 5: Scanner
LOT 6: Cone Beam and dental panoramic.
Each batch of the framework agreement gives rise to a separate framework agreement.
For lots 1 to 5 included:
Payment for services will be carried out according to the standard reimbursement methods from the Social Security Funds, in application of the nomenclature of CCAM procedures (Common Classification of Medical Acts) in force.
To this will be added the complementary part of the Patient mutual insurance.
The full third-party payment will be applied.
Sector 1 will be applied.
For lot 6, different cases are distinguished:
-For dental imaging services forming part of the nomenclature of CCAM procedures: payment of services will be carried out according to standard procedures reimbursement from Social Security funds, in application of the aforementioned nomenclature in force. To this will be added the complementary share of the patient's mutual insurance.
The full third-party payment will be applied.
Sector 1 will be applied.
