- This consultation concerns mediation, prevention and security missions to intervene in neighborhoods in city politics. The mediation-prevention-security mission is part of the transversal, urban, economic and social approach, developed in the territories, in Complementarity with other actors in place (specialized prevention, popular education structures, CLSPD, police services, ...). This consultation is relaunched following the impruption of the previous tender (reference 25AOO-766).
The framework agreement without minimum with a maximum of 170 000 Euro (s) HT will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
The services are paid by unit prices, revisable.
The framework agreement is concluded from November 1, 2025, or from its posterior notification, and until October 31, 2026. The framework agreement can be tacitly renewed 3 times a year
