• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is to provide media and social network monitoring services and press relations support for the needs of Solideo Alpes 2030. As part of the preparation and delivery of works and facilities linked to the Games Winter Olympics and Paralympics 2030, Solideo Alpes 2030 must deploy a proactive, reactive and controlled communication strategy. The media coverage of the project, both at the local, national and international level, as well as the rise in power of exchanges on social networks require: - Continuous, sustained and structured monitoring of the media and digital ecosystem; - Expert support for press relations, guaranteeing the consistency, responsiveness and credibility of speeches the Solideo Alpes 2030. This consultation is the subject of the following allotment: Lot n°1: Media and social network monitoring. Lot 1 is an ordinary market. It includes a firm slice and an optional slice. Lot No. 2: support for press relations and media. Lot 2 is a framework agreement for purchase orders with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 161,000 euro(s) excluding tax. The context of the market, as well as the details of the missions, are specified in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses of the market (CCTP).
