Description:
This public market takes the form of a framework agreement to order form.
The description of the services is detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP).
The services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the unit prices fixed in the slip prices.
It will be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification of the contract (the date indicated in this notice is given as an indication), renewable three times by successive annual period. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is to 4 years.
It will be concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum order amount set annually to 500,000 euros (s) excl.
As an indication, the estimated amount of services amounts to 350,000 euros HT per year
