Description:
Meal preparation and delivery service for primary schools in the city of Lyon and ACM hey hop. This framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of notification date until July 19, 2028. The execution of the objects of the framework agreement does notwill be able to start before July 20, 2026. The current period of notification on July 20, 2026 will constitute a period of preparation, allowing in particular the implementation of the staff recovery processes. The provisional date of notification of this-agreement is set for January 12026. It is renewable twice a year according to the methods defined in the CCAP. The framework agreement is concluded with the following minimum and maximum quantities: - For the initial period: minimum: 6,200,000 meals maximum: 8,000,000 meals - for each renewal period: minimum: 3,100,000Maximum meal: 4,000,000 meals
