Description:
Delivery of meals between early childhood reception establishments (EAPE). Meals are prepared in kitchens located in EAPE, in intramural Paris, called production sites. These EAPES, who are already preparing meals for the children they welcome, will see their capacityProduction increase to provide meals to the EAPS not having a kitchen. Meals are cooked in advance, cooled and kept at a temperature between 0 and +3 C in order to comply with the food hygiene standards in force. Respect for the cold chain is a priorityAbsolute: Meals must be maintained between 0 and +3 C throughout transport to their distribution in satellite offices. It should be noted that this is not a hot connection, but exclusively of dishes cooked in advance (PCA), kept cold. The delivery of meals is carried outFrom Monday to Friday, outside the annual EAPE closing periods, which vary between one to two weeks in winter and three to five weeks in summer.
