Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is: MCO and MHO of the "SIRENE and MUSE" radar simulators
It includes:
- The creation of an initial state,
-The Preventive MCO of the SIRENE and MUSE resources,
-Curative MCO of the SIRENE and MUSE means,
-The MHO of the KPA computer,
-The MHO of the SIRENE and M positionersUSE,
-The MHO of IR and optical cameras,
-The supply of microwave equipment.
Procedure: This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of
articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3 , R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the order codee
public.
Pursuant to Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the public procurement code, this is a framework agreement
comprising subsequent contracts and purchase orders.
The agreement - framework is conducted over a period of 4 years and then possibly renewable annually up to 3 timeswithout being able to exceed 7 years.
Refer to section VI.3 relating to additional information "Methods for sending
candidatures".
This publication only concerns a call for applications. The consultation file will be sent
later and only to candidatess admis a soumissionner.
