- Description:
- The purpose of the contract is the execution of masonry and structural work as part of the maintenance, development and renovation operations of the buildings of the various Parisian sites of the INA.
This is a works contract.
In application of article R.2162-2 of the CCP, the market is concluded in the form of a framework agreement which sets out all the contractual stipulations, the services of which are settled at unit prices on the basis of the unit price schedule (BPU), and executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP.
It runs within the limits below:
- Minimum amount over the total duration: without;
- Maximum amount over the total duration: 3,200,000 euros excluding tax.
The maximum amount indicated above constitutes the limit higher obligations likely to be imposed on holders through purchase orders. It in no way constitutes a contractual commitment to order services.
