Description:
The market relates to a marketing mission of 33 dwellings located boulevard Novy Jicin in the town of Venissieux. The project is carried out by the "SCCV Novy Jicin" in which joined Habitat Rhone Alpes and La Sacoviv. Sales will be carried out on reduced VAT for accommodation of "intermediate" typology (1T5/17 T4 / 11 T3 / 4 T2) including their annexes (parking spaces). Sales will target households under resource ceiling and the sale price will respect the ceiling in force.
This marketing mission is the subject of an exclusive mandate from market notification (worth mandate), and throughout the duration of it.
