Description:
This market concerns the marketing and management of advertising spaces for Levallois communication media, namely: municipal magazine, pre -registration info, travel info. The holder, in charge of collecting advertising revenues from advertisers, will reversePart of the revenues at the association in the form of a fee. This is calculated on the basis of a percentage of the revenues made by the marketing of advertising spaces. The fee rate requested by the association on generated advertising revenue must be between60 and 70 % of the revenues made. This market is subject to the public procurement code. This document is designated by the term "the code". Qualified as a service market, it is subject to the provisions of the CCAG "current supplies and services".
