Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to set up a training agreement for training services for corporate agents of the EDF group, organized by the Group University and Transformations. The market aims at the design, animation and logistics of a blended training program (face -to -face and distancing) on governance themes, corporate law, finance and strategy.
It is concluded for a total duration of 7 years and 10 months, distributed as follows:
- a firm period of 2 years and 10 months, from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028,
- followed by 5 optional periods one year each, from January 1, 2029 to December 31, 2033.
EDF SA emits this market notice in its name and on behalf of the following subsidiaries, direct beneficiaries: Framatome, Enedis, Dalkia, EDF Power Solutions and Arabelle Solutions.
