Description:
The purpose of this contract is to purchase supplies of cleaning products, consumables, cleaning materials and accessories for members of the order group. The public market is made up of a group of orders in application of article L. 2113-7 of the code of public order. The members of the order group are: - The municipality of La Tour du Pin (coordinator); - The Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS); - Independent Residences (RA). This consultation is technically divided into 2 lots. The contracts to be concluded, within the framework of this consultation will be concluded with only one successful bidder per lot. - Lot n1: Maintenance products and consumables - Lot n2: Cleaning materials and accessories The market takes the form of a purchase order market including one-off services ordered when the need arises, by issuing purchase orders. It is therefore processed at unit prices, with no minimum amount, and with a maximum annual amount expressed in value, in application of articles L2125-1.1 and R2162-1 to -14 of the Public Order Code (CCP). - Lot No. 1: Maintenance products and consumables: Cleaner, disinfectant, deodorant, hand towel, sponge, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, white vinegar, etc. = Maximum annual amount 36,000 euros broken down into City: 24,000 euros, CCAS: 4,000 euros and RA: 8,000 euros - Lot no. 2: Cleaning materials and accessories: broom, brush, mop, shovel, handle ...
