Description:
Enedis' Impact and Communication Department wishes to benefit from strategic advice, operational support for the creation of e-reputation and social media editorial content as part of its communication strategy.
These content can be used internally or externally depending on the nature of the project.
The market is made up of the following 2 lots:
-Lot 1: Strategy, animation, influence and production of content on the Social Media
-Lot 2: special operations and activations
This lot 1 concerns:
• Social networks: Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Youtube;
• Production of creative, engaging and adapted content to the formats and audiences of each platform;
• The identification and implementation of innovative communication levers to strengthen the brand's qualified notoriety, improve its attractiveness and promote communities' commitment;
•There Continuous monitoring of media social trends and evolution opportunities to optimize the effectiveness of actions.
This red thread accompaniment will take place throughout the service and will revolve around the following three components:
• A - Animation and content production for content for social networks;
• B section - brand activation;
• C section - Animation of the User Advocacy program
Operational support option in social media:
