The purpose of consultation is the supply, transport, delivery of a recovery system Heat (notably saving, condenser and any element necessary for their operation), possible mounting interventions preparatory to commissioning and commissioning for the urban heating network operated by R3C in the municipalities of Chambery, Bassens, Cognin, Motte-Servolex. The expected valuation on the smoke of Bissy biomass boilers is around 4 MW. The market will include:
1) The establishment of technical documents for the design and dimensioning of units;
2) Workshop assembly with control and front tests delivery ;
3) Delivery at a delivery location determined by the client;
4) Possible preparatory assembly interventions;
5) Tests, commissioning and verification of the expected performance.
