Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the purpose of the deratization, divertization and disinsection services, namely: - the fight against rodents (rats and mice) in municipal buildings and residential buildings (excluding residences and social housing) and green spaces public of the city or those maintained by the city by convention; - The disinsection of municipal buildings. The list, not exhaustive, of the places concerned by the market is in appendix to this document. The provider's obligations consist of the execution of contractual services in accordance with the rules of the art and with all the diligence which one can normally expect from a professional. Treatments will have to adapt to the evolution of the regulations. The new products used must be offered at the Habitat service, in particular by communicating the technical sheets.
