Description:
The purpose of the contract is to provide a SaaS solution for room reservations in mainland France.
In this context, it is specified that the holder operates as an intermediary allowing the connection of the INA with third-party service providers for the reservation of event spaces and associated services. The holder is not party to the service contracts executed by the Service Providers. In accordance with the provisions of article 7 below, the holder invoices and collects the price of the reservation, in the name and on behalf of the Service Provider concerned.

In application of article R.2162-2 of the CCP, the contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement which sets out all the stipulations contractual, the services of which are paid at unit prices on the basis of the financial annex and executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP. The framework agreement is single-awarded.
It runs in the limits below:
- minimum amount over the total duration: without euros excluding tax;
- maximum amount over the total duration: 750,000 euros excluding tax.
