Description:
The contracting authority is an order group constituted in accordance with articles L2113-6 and following of the public procurement code, by the city of Saint-Julien-en-Genevois (the city) and the community of communes of Genevois (CCG), having as coordinator the city of Saint-Julien-en-Genevois.The initial duration is 2 years and 2 months maximum from the notification of the market. In accordance with articles R.2142-15 and R.2142-16 of the CCP, the contracting authority plans to limit the number of candidates admitted to participate in the offer phase of the consultation and therefore to submission. The numberof candidate to invite to participate in the offer phase is as follows: minimum: 3 candidates maximum: 5 candidates If the number of candidates meet the selection criteria is less than the minimum number, the contracting authority can continue the procedure with candidates having the capacityrequired
