- LOT18 Stage machinery, locksmith following unsuccessful procedure - The operation concerns the reconversion of the site of the former Ricard factory. This consultation concerns the construction work of a multi-purpose hall with a festive and cultural vocation. as well as the development work on the southern part of the site (phase no. 01). The work integrates environmental and social provisions, including the provision of social integration hours. The work of this consultation concerns construction work on a multi-purpose hall for festive and cultural purposes as well as development work on the southern part of the site (phase no. 01). The project has a surface area of approximately 1,320 m² of floor space and the layout of 8,315 m² of outdoor spaces. The project includes: - Two event spaces with a surface area of approximately 650 m² (excluding the 115 m² stage area); - A reception hall with the corresponding premises (storage, toilets, etc.); - Additional premises (storage, refreshments, office, dressing rooms, etc.); - The implementation of stage equipment; - The creation of a multi-purpose outdoor space, a parking area and planted areas; - The creation of a self-consumption photovoltaic installation collective.
