The consultation is launched in the form of a tender open in application of articles R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, and from R. 2161-1 to -5 of the public procurement code. It is concluded for an overall period of 37 months including a preparation period of 2 months from the date Fixed by the order of service and a period of execution of the work of 15 months from the date fixed by the order of service to start work including: - partial deadline n 1: 12 months - all of the work (excluding zone around the current PN4) - Partial deadline n 2: 3 months - Works around The current PN4 A site stop notified by the service order of a maximum duration of 20 months will be provided between the 2 partial deadlines.
