Description:
The purpose of the market is to carry out vertical signaling works of the departmental road network for lot n 2: South and East sectors. This consultation concerns an open tender procedure (AOO) in application of articles R.2113-1 to -3, R.2124-1 and -2, R.2131-16 and -17,R.2161-1 to -5, R.2162-1 to -6 and R.2162-13 and -14 of the public procurement code. This is a ordering agreement with order orders concluded with an annual minimum amount of 300,000 euros excl. Tax and a maximum annual amount of 1,500,000 euros excl. It is concluded from the date of prescribed in order ofService established by the client and notified to the holder for a period of one year. He is tacitly renewable three times by the contracting authority, per period of one year, without its total duration exceeding four years. No negotiations are provided for within the framework of this procedure.The market is devolved into two separate lots. This consultation concerns only lot 2: Realization of vertical signaling works of the departmental road network - South and East sectors.
