Description:
The Community of Communes of the Pays de Falaise is a rehabilitation project for the activity building of the former SATAM activity building (industrial company established for more than 70 years on the cliff, specialized in legal metrology, design, manufacturing, commissioning and Maintenance of volumetric meters in the oil field). This restructuring will allow the community of communes of the Pays de Falaise to perpetuate jobs in its living area and will benefit from suitable areas for the growth of its head office. Indeed, the project of Restructuring will consist of: - Rehabilitation and adaptation of the Office area so that it becomes the registered office of the CCPF, (approximately 1,100m2), - Rehabilitation, Division of the workshop space to offer business real estate (around 4,000 m2). In addition, this restructuring project Founded well in the policy of limiting land consumption and the absorption of brownfields or wasteland to come. This market consists of the depollution and demolition of the site. This is a first phase of work. The second phase for its part (work exterior seal, cladding, VRD, partitioning, electricity, plumbing, insulation, carpentry, painting, floor treatment and ceiling, solar), is programmed in 2026.
