This market is an allotted market of intellectual benefits which will be concluded following this procedure relating to the carrying out of studies. It aims to supply the carrying out of support for the impact study of the ZAC des Casernes Beaumont Chauveau, which was created on July 11, 2011 by deliberation of the city council of the city of Tours. In 2022, the mass plan and the operation program were revised to be adequately brought to the orientations decided by the City of Tours for the development of the municipality. As a result, the ZAC is carried out to be updated, and in particular the "impact study" piece. The constitution of the new impact study was entrusted to the TheMA Environment design office. In order to be able to measure the impacts of the operation on its environment, the study should be fed by additional studies.
