Description:
The subscriber wishes to subscribe to a contract covering the statutory services at his expense with regard to his staff affiliated to the CNRACL. As of January 1, 2025, the municipality had 112 civil servants and the CCAS had 10 civil servants. Gross wage bill (treatment Index + NBI + CTI (for the CCAS)) in 2024 for CNRACL agents is mentioned in the act of engagement. The list of CNRACL agents of the subscriber, comprising the sex and age of each one appears in the DCE. The statistical state of the declared claims is communicated in the DCE the new contract will take effect on January 1, 2026 for a period of 2 years
