Description:
The purpose of the contract is the purchase of SAP IT services of the TMA type, technical and functional expertise and small projects. This need is part of a process of massification of SAP services with the establishment of contracts adapted. The issues at stake in the case are multiple: -Participate in an approach that takes into account current and future SI Enedis industrial policy; -Move from a project mode to a more industrial mode, relying on partners capable of engage and adapt to changes; -Control costs with massification, package pricing and opening in TMA via service centers; -Rely on partners who can respond, over the long term, to ENEDIS challenges, in particular cost via the implementation of flat-rate pricing (TMA), flexibility via the use of a service center, expertise via its positioning, quality of delivery via the implementation of effective and proven processes; -Manage the transition to new model in a fluid manner, minimizing impacts on business and guaranteeing continuity of operations.
